Education makes you smarter but it never tells you it makes you angry. You never get to see the shattered dreams of a lineage fighting to hold on to everything while losing a battle with modern society. . .I thought my education would make me proud that it would make me remember the great things my ancestors did and all I find is pain, disgust and anger. . .You cannot breathe down the nape of my neck and expect me to trust you with everything you educate me about as fact. . .as a matter of fact, the facts are your facts. . . they aren’t always facts. . .Your facts, are a racket, lined with lies blinding EVERY eye so no one really knows what’s going on until someone enlightens them. But why does it have to be the least of these. . . talking to deaf ears about my historic ancestry. My pride is developed through what I have learned, the education I retrieved from the pages of our lost history. . .my people have steadily been erased and instead of you wanting to learn about who I am, you ignore the very essence of who I am trying to tell you I am. Loyal, educated, royalty. . .deciphering which lineage we stem from, we find the very depths of who you don’t allow me to be. . .my people were Kings and Queens. . .my people are derived from Kings and Queens. . .monarchies you will never understand the type of education they consumed in their hands. . . and at our hands we can’t touch anything compared to their knowledge. . .their wealth of life we can only imagine. . .a time of attack and never allowing the one that’s not like us to drown us in our own supply of water surrounding our land masses. . .because you’ve only been educated to never know me, never understand me and to never accept me. . .because who I am is blended within an island full of mystery only one discovers when they uncover the truth. . . that the educated are often miseducated. . .
